In this apparent sequel (no knowledge of a first game seems to exist), Kenny has triumphed over his now-evil brother Kevin, but Kevin has returned for revenge and kidnapped Kenny, so it's up to Cartman to traverse this timed and unforgiving platformer whilst collecting various food items to rescue Kenny!
